NZAPS ASM 2026

The theme for the meeting is Complex Reconstruction and NZAPS will host Mr Simon Wood, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon from Charing Cross Hospital London, as the keynote speaker

The two-day academic program will be delivered over 7 sub-themed sessions including: head and neck reconstruction, perineal reconstruction, education and training, breast reconstruction, a self-reflective “who are we plastic surgeons”, and innovations in hand surgery.

The ASM will also celebrate the 50th anniversary of the New Zealand Association of Plastic Surgeons, with a gala dinner at the Christchurch Events Centre on Saturday 22 August.
