Daniel Butler
Dan Butler is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon working in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Dr Butler completed his plastic surgery training in London, United Kingdom and undertook 2.5 years of fellowship training in microsurgery, head and neck cancer and aesthetic surgery. After working as a consultant in the UK for 1.5 years, Dr Butler moved to the Bay of Plenty to take up a consultant post at Tauranga Hospital. One day a week is spent providing a plastic surgery service at Whakatane Hospital. Dr Butler also offers private reconstructive and cosmetic surgery through the Da Vinci Clinic/Grace Hospital in Tauranga.
Dr Butler's main areas of special interest are in skin cancer, breast reconstruction, head and neck cancer and reconstruction, cosmetic surgery and facial palsy and reanimation.
