December 9th, 2025 The New Zealand Association of Plastic Surgeons, Te Kāhui Whakamōhou Kiri will be celebrating its 5oth anniversary in 2026. The inaugural meeting of the Association was held at the Wairakei Hotel on 17 August 1976 and attended by 10 Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. To celebrate the anniversary, the Association will be holding a special gala dinner in conjunction with the ASM which is being held in Christchurch on 21/22 August. The gala dinner will be held at the Christchurch Art Gallery on Saturday 22 August.
